1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Alphaa Player (“Application”), you declare that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the application.

Continued use of the Alphaa Player constitutes full and unrestricted acceptance of these terms.

2. About the Application

The Alphaa Player is software developed for multimedia playback, creation of audio visualizers, audiovisual projects, music videos, animations, visual effects, and similar creative content.

The application was developed by Marcus Vinícius Oliveira Tavares (@marcusvot), on behalf of Seletronic (@seletronic), available at:

The purpose of the application is to provide tools for creating audiovisual content using materials legally obtained and authorized by the user.

3. Responsibility for Used Content

The Alphaa Player does not provide music, videos, images, characters, 3D models, animations, logos, trademarks, or any other copyrighted materials.

All content imported, reproduced, edited, synchronized, exported, or shared through the application is the sole responsibility of the user.

By using the application, you declare that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, authorizations, and permissions to use the materials employed in your projects.

The user commits not to use content that is:

  • copyrighted without authorization;
  • owned by third parties without an appropriate license;
  • violating trademarks;
  • violating image rights;
  • violating intellectual property;
  • obtained through illegal means;
  • whose use is prohibited by applicable local legislation.

4. Responsibility for Created Content

All content created using the Alphaa Player is the sole responsibility of the user.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • music videos;
  • visualizers;
  • animations;
  • audiovisual projects;
  • content published on social media;
  • content published on video platforms;
  • content used for commercial purposes.

The developers, collaborators, partners, and Seletronic bear no responsibility for the material produced by users.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The user acknowledges that:

  • music is protected by copyright;
  • images are protected by copyright;
  • videos are protected by copyright;
  • characters are protected by copyright;
  • 3D models are protected by copyright;
  • visual effects may be protected by copyright;
  • trademarks have legal protection.

The use of these elements without authorization may result in content blocks, copyright claims, removal of posts, account suspension, legal proceedings, or other penalties provided by law.

Such consequences are the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Alphaa Player is provided “AS IS”.

Although continuous efforts are made to improve software stability, the application may present:

  • crashes;
  • bugs;
  • incompatibilities;
  • loss of settings;
  • unexpected behaviors;
  • technical limitations;
  • differences in performance between devices.

No software can guarantee perfect operation on 100% of existing devices.

The developers and Seletronic shall not be liable for:

  • financial losses;
  • loss of data;
  • loss of projects;
  • indirect damages;
  • business interruptions;
  • hardware incompatibilities;
  • operating system incompatibilities.

7. Data Collection and Usage Analysis

The Alphaa Player may collect technical and statistical information related to the use of the application with the goal of:
